A
new retro mini game is out for H+Soft
 Arcade!
Retro Blox: 'Diamond
Mountain Miner'. The first in a brand new
mini game series I am starting for the arcade.
Retro Blox 'Retro Mini Games Drawn with
Rectangles!' Yes, the entire game is rendered
real time in rectangles only! This is to give
the 'blocky' look and feel of the old retro or
classic type games from the Atari 2600 days. I
plan on releasing small mini games such as this
to keep games coming in between the larger
projects. The concept is very simple and of
course, very retro! A mountain range scrolls
into play and stops, revealing a flashing
diamond. Your jet will take off and you will
have to quickly determine when to drop your
bomb. If you miss, you will hit the green poison
gas, ending the game!
 Now,
for some other stuff in development. Here in
about a week or so, I will be releasing another
new game,
Jack-o's Revenge Break Out,
which was set for release by Halloween, but did
not make it in time. This game as you probably
guessed, is a block breaking type game. Jack-o
must break the blocks to get keys to unlock
other jack-o-lantern prisoners, and then try to
keep them alive! Some updates are on the agenda
again. Not the arcade, but some of the older
games such as, Burgeroids, CrossFire '07, Huck's
Rocket Boot Hero, Jack-o's Revenge, and Attack
of the Techno Mutant Space Bees 2D & 3D
Editions. These games I will be changing the
sound format, which will reduce them by
half or more, of their current file sizes. In
turn, reducing the over-all size of H+Soft
Arcade with them installed. Hmmm, what else, Oh
yeah, a couple larger games and another 3D mini
game are in development, and have been for
awhile. You can learn more about these in the

Hello everyone! Due to the request from a few
registered users, These older free games have
returned to
H+Soft Arcade! Hey, no worries, nothing has
changed or been recompiled! New separate
installers have been added to the above game
info pages giving users the option to add them
to H+Soft Arcade if they want to. These (above)
games are still absolutely free with out the
license agreement etc, and can still be
downloaded and installed individually. What
games are these you ask? They are:
Astro-Mines,
Corsair Rage,
Deep Space,
Major Havok,
Probe 'Toxix crisis',
ProbeII 'Volcanic Panic',
and
Rocket Boot Santa.
Please note however, these games have
limitations when installed to H+Soft Arcade.
Since they are not part of the original H+Soft
Arcade game engine, they run in full screen only
and can not support the arcade settings such as,
the Timing, Game Pad, and Display Settings.
Another thing you should know, If these games
are added to the H+Soft Arcade demo
(unregistered version), they are subject to the
time trial limitation of the software. That's it
