Objective:
Play a crazy game of dexterity like no other! It's
Halloween and it's time to Help Hagatha the witch light
all of her Jack-o-Lanterns! Guide Hagatha up her own
perilous stone maze outside of her castle collecting
candles and placing them in her Jack-o-Lanterns. Once Hagatha
starts flying she can't stop, and it's up to you to
rotate and fly her safely! You will encounter hazards like
spider webs, skull barriers, bats, spiders, exploding
skull mines, skull or flame cannons and magical barriers.
That's not a problem for Hagatha though, every level has
a magic wand for her to collect, allowing her to blast
all of these menaces with an unlimited supply of magic
missiles! Just when an area seems impossible, Hagatha
can also fly over levers to detonate impassible walls or
disable magic force fields! Also, every level has a
witch head, collect these to earn valuable continue
credits, so when you die you can keep going! Try not to
continue to much, if you beat the game you can earn lots
of bonus points! Guide Hagatha through 30 levels up the stone tower in standard
mode or play your level creations in custom mode.
Oh and yes, Hagatha's Halloween Havoc has a level
editor! Create and play levels right in the editor
itself, or
create 30 levels and play them later in custom
mode!

Tips and Info

Menu:
To access this menu during game play tap the 'Space Bar', 'ESC'
or Button 3 on your game pad. There you can: Start or Resume a game, Set the
level mode to Standard or Custom (custom mode allows you
to play your custom made levels), access the level
editor (make your own levels!), adjust the Sound and
Music Volumes, quit the current game in play or exit.
You can also Tap 'Esc' in title mode to exit.
Items:
Collect these items to help Hagatha:
Witch Heads: (obvious, a witch head with a hat) -
Collect these to earn continue credits, when Hagatha
dies, you can continue game play from exactly where you
croaked!
Potions: (blue bottles with a red cross) -
Pick these up to replenish Hagatha's health units!
Power Ups:
Collect this power-up on each level:
Magic Wand: (Stick with a Star) These allow you to blast just about anything in your path with
an unlimited supply of magic missiles!
Cheat
Keys: Tap
these keys during play to use cheats: F10=15 Continue credits, F11=Level skip,
F12=Invincibility

Supports Keyboard and Game Pad:
Keyboard:
Use
your Left and
Right Arrow Keys to rotate Hagatha. Tap:
Left Ctrl=Fire, Left Alt=Flip.
Game
Pad: Move the
Analog or D-Pad Left or Right to rotate Hagatha. Tap: Button
1=Fire, Button 2=Flip.
Play Tips:
Don't try
to counter steer after hitting walls or cobwebs etc, Hagatha automatically rotates 180 degrees in the
opposite direction! When a level starts, movement is
suspended until you move, use this time to study a level
to plan your route safely! Practice using 'Flips'
it can actually help you keep your bearings when
rotating Hagatha! When starting a level, locate the
magic wand and get it first - So you can quickly start
blasting away walls and enemies! Health potions are
limited on each level - Don't pick them up until you
absolutely need them! Don't give up! - This is a tough
crazy game, it's all about learning Hagatha's rotation Wait for the music to finish at the title screen to
watch a demo - The demo can give you info on how to
play! This game features full wrap around - if seems
like your stuck, fly through one of the sides of your screen!
